when it’s time to change the booth's filters?

How can you tell when it’s time to change the booth's filters?
There is no single answer as to when to change spray booth filters: because the conditions of use can be extremely variable and compliance with current air filtration regulations depends on this.

If your paint booths have a differential pressure gauge, you can use a manometer to measure the pressure differential. This lets you know when your filters are clogged and should be changed. You can check the pressure differential on a regular basis, so that you’ll know right away when it’s time to change the filters.
but if our paint booths don’t have a differential pressure gauge, you won’t be able to use a manometer.
don't worry, there are other ways to know when to change paint booth filters.
1.You should follow your paint booth manufacturer’s recommended schedule for changing filters.for example
--change the ceiling filter after painting 50sets of Auto or use more than one year,
--change the pre-filter after painting 50sets of auto or use more than one month.
--change the floor filter after painting 50sets of auto or use for more than month.
(different paint booth manufacturer may have different ideas on it)
but in the more ducts situation, that should be shorten the filter change period according to the acutual condition.
2.You can also schedule filter changes depending on how much time is spent painting in each booth.
For example, exhaust filters should be changed roughly every few weeks at a minimum. If painting occurs more often in your booths, you should plan to change them more frequently.
